中药口服、灌肠及微波相结合治疗慢性盆腔炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药口服、灌肠及微波相结合治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用中药口服、灌肠及微波相结合的治疗方法;对照组在前者治疗的基础上给予抗生素治疗。14天为1个疗程,共3个疗程。结果:治疗组45例患者中,临床痊愈18例,显效17例,有效6例,总有效率91.11%,对照组35例患者中,临床痊愈12例,显效14例,有效5例,总有效率88.57%。两组相比较临床疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:中药口服、灌肠及微波相结合治疗慢性盆腔炎临床疗效肯定,治疗组与对照组两种治疗方法对慢性盆腔炎有效率无差异。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Chinese Medicine oral administration and retention enema combined microwave physiotherapy in the treatment of dampness-heat stagnation chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods ： 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups ： treatment group and control group. Treatment group was given internal Chinese herb and retention enema combined microwave physiotherapy. In control group, the treatment was same as that in treatment group, but antibiotics intravenously to be added. 14 days for a course of treatment. Efficacy evaluation was performed after 3 courses of treatment. Results ： Among 45 patients in treatment group, 18 cases got clinicaUy cured, 17 were markedly effective, and 6 effective and the total effective rate was 91.11%. Among 35 patients in control group, 12 cases got clinically cured, 14 were markedly effective, and 5 effective and the total effective rate was 88.57%. There are no significant differences between treatment group and control group in comparison （ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The comprehensive therapy of integration of Chinese medicine and microwave physiotherapy, without antibiotics, has a good clinical effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
