摘  要:采用盐-碱法制备了NiMgAl类水滑石,考察了不同干燥方法对类水滑石衍生复合氧化物的催化性能的影响,并用XRD、TPR、TPD、TG-DSC和BET等对不同干燥方法所得类水滑石及衍生复合氧化物的晶相结构、表面性能和热稳定性等进行了表征。结果表明,微波干燥得到的样品具有相对较大的比表面积,较高的还原温度,较强的CO2吸附能力,活性组分与Mg、Al氧化物能形成较强的相互作用。同时在催化CO2重整CH4反应中微波干燥的样品表现了较好的活性和热稳定性。NiMgAl hydrotalcites were synthesized by coprecipitation method,and the effects on the catalytic properties had been studied by different dying method.The hydrotalcites and derived mixed oxides were characterized by XRD,TPR,TPD,TG-DSC and BET.The results showed that the samples obtained by microwave drying had a relatively high surface area,a higher reduction temperature,an enhanced CO2 adsorption capacity,and the active component could form a strong interaction with the Mg/Al oxides.Besides,samples dryed by microwave had a better catalytic performance in CO2 reforming CH4,including improved catalytic activity and high stability.
