摘 要:制备了复配生物酶废纸脱墨剂,得到了脱墨剂中纤维素酶与脂肪酶的合适配比(3∶2)。通过实验,考察了脱墨剂用量,纸浆浓度,溶液pH值,脱墨温度,脱墨时间等工艺条件对脱墨效果的影响。实验结果表明,最佳的生物酶用量为0.3%(对绝干废纸),SDBS用量为1.0%(对绝干废纸),碎浆浓度为10%,pH值为6.0,熟化时间30min,熟化温度60℃,浮选温度50℃,浮选时间10min。在此条件下,脱墨剂的脱墨结果令人满意。A kind of compound enzymatic wastepaper deinking agent was prepared,and the ratio of celluase to lipase(3∶2) in the deinking agent was gained.By the experiments,the influences of paper pulp concentration,the dosage of deinking agent,pH,deinking temperature and deinking time on the deinking effects were investigated.The experimental results showed that the preferable technological conditions as followed: enzymet dosage was 0.3%(to dry wastepaper),SDBS dosage was 1.0%(to dry wastepaper),repulping concentration was 10%,pH was 6.0,maturation temperature was 60℃,maturation time was 30min,flotation temperature was 50℃,flotation time was 10 min.In this condition,the deinking result was satisfactory.
