摘  要:目的:评价超声在诊断新生儿颅内出血的临床应用价值。方法:对2010年11月~2011年3月怀疑颅内出血的159例新生儿进行超声检查。结果:脑室内出血Ⅰ级(室管膜下出血)86例,脑室内出血Ⅱ级26例,脑室内出血Ⅲ级1例,脑室内出血伴脑积水1例,缺氧缺血性脑病5例,脉络丛内强光斑7例,颅内出血9例,脑室周围白质损伤1例,所有患儿得到有效的治疗,再次复查时有所好转。结论:超声检查是无创、可以反复检查、低廉的一种有效检查,早诊断、早治疗能降低新生儿的致死率和并发症。Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of color ultrasonography in the diagnosis of intracranial hemorrhage in newborns. Methods: 159 newborns in our hospital experienced color ultrasonography from December 2010 to March 2011. All these newborns were suspected to have intracranial hemorrhage. Results: 86 cases were diagnosed as intraventrical hemorrhage grade Ⅰ(including subendymal hemorrhage), 26 cases grade Ⅱ and 1 case grade Ⅲ. 1 case was diagnosed as intraventrical hemorrhage with hydrocephalus, 5 cases as hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, 7 cases as strong spot within choroid plexus, 9 cases as intracranial hemorrhage, 1 case as substantia alba damage beside ventrica. All newborns received timely diagnosis and treatment, and got recovery. Conclusion: Ultrasonography is a wound-free repeatable cheap and effective examination, it can increase the diagnostic rate of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage, and the early diagnosis plus early treatment can lower the mortality and complications of newborns.
