摘 要:目的:研究椎间盘突出患者康复影响因素,及健康教育在康复护理中的作用。方法:选择本院收治的腰椎间盘突出患者45例,调查影响患者康复的有关因素及其与患者恢复效果的关系,调查项目采用自制的调查问卷,康复效果评定采用腰痛问卷(RMQ)评定标准。根据调查结果给予健康教育。结果:不同病程、年龄、文化程度、病变节段、家族史、相关知识知晓不同的患者康复效果也有明显差异(P<0.05)。全部患者给予康复护理健康教育后,患者解剖及生理知识、脊柱力学知识、诱发因素掌握情况均优于教育前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腰椎间盘突出患者康复效果受多种因素的影响,康复护理健康教育可避免一些负面因素的影响,提高患者恢复效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To study the influencing factors of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, and clinical application of health education in rehabilitation nursing. Methods: To investigate the relevant factors and relation of these factors with restoring effect of 45 patients in our hospital, survey projects used a self-made questionnaire, restoring effect evaluated by pain questionnaire(RMQ). Health education was given according to the survey. Results: Patients with different course of disease, age, educational level, lesions segment, family history, related knowledge had obvious recover effect (P0.05). After rehabilitation nursing education, anatomy and physiology knowledge, spinal mechanics knowledge, inducing factors were grasped better than before, the difference was statistical significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Restoring effect of lumbar intervertebral disc patients is affected by many factors, rehabilitation nursing health education can avoid some negative factors, improve patient restore effect, it is worthy of appliacation.
