摘 要:目的探讨示范加及时反馈模式对老年糖尿病患者健康教育效果的影响。方法按入院先后单双数将60例老年糖尿病患者分为对照组28例与观察组32例。观察组采用示范加及时反馈式健康教育,即护士讲解配合动作示范、要求患者对健康教育内容复述并落实到自行操作中;对照组采用传统的随机健康教育模式。结果观察组患者入院第7天健康教育知识知晓率及出院前自行胰岛素注射流程主要环节的正确率显著高于对照组,出院后1个月血糖控制情况显著优于对照组。结论应用示范加及时反馈模式对老年糖尿病患者健康教育,可提高患者健康知识知晓率,帮助他们掌握胰岛素注射技术,保证胰岛素的正确、准确用药,从而有效控制血糖。Objective To explore the effect of health education of demonstration and timely feedback in elderly patients with diabetes.Methods Sixty patients were divided into control group(28 cases) and the observation group(32 cases).The observation group was applied with health education about the demonstration and timely feedback.The nurse demonstrated with action and requested the patients to retell the operation.The control group was applied with traditional health education mode.Results On the seventh day after the patients were admitted in hospital,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group in terms of knowledge.And the accuracy of 1 months after being discharged blood sugar control was significantly better than that of control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Application of health education of demonstration and timely feedback mode for elderly patients with diabetes helps improve patient health awareness,and helps them master the knowledge of insulin injections of insulin technology,and helps guarantee that the correct and accurate drug use,thus effectively control blood sugar.
