复方叶下珠胶囊体外抗乙型肝炎病毒作用的研究

摘　　要：目的研究复方叶下珠胶囊的体外抗乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的作用。方法将HepG2.2.15细胞分为空白对照组、阳性对照组和不同浓度的复方叶下珠胶囊组,用CCK-8检测细胞毒性,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测HBsAg和HBeAg;荧光定量聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测细胞内、外的乙型肝炎病毒脱氧核糖核酸(HBV DNA)。结果复方叶下珠胶囊有明显的抗HBV作用,尤其当浓度为50mg/mL时,减少血清中的HB-sAg作用与拉米夫定组相当;当浓度为25 mg/mL,50mg/mL,和100mg/mL时,减少血清中HBeAg作用优于拉米夫定组;但是降低细胞内外的HBV DNA含量方面,与拉米夫定组无明显差别。结论体外试验中,复方叶下珠胶囊具有抗HBV作用。【Objective】 To investigate the anti-viral effects of Compound yexiazhu Capsules in HepG2.2.15 cell.【Methods】 HepG2.2.15 cells were divided into blank group,positive group（Lamivudine）,and Compound Capsule group.Drug toxicity was detected using CCK-8.HBsAg and HBeAg were detected by enzyme-linker immunosorbent assay.HBV DNA was detected by fluorescence-based quantibative polymerase chain reaction（PCR）.【Results】 Compound Yexiazhu Capsules can reduce the quantity of HBsAg at concentration of 50mg/mL,and reduce the quantity of HBeAg at different concentrations,especially at the concentrations of 25mg/mL,50mg/mL,and 100mg/mL.Compound Yexiazhu Capsules at different concentrations can reduce the quantity of HBV DNA,but the anti-HBV effect of Compound Yexiazhu is not better than Lamivudine.【Conclusion】 Compound Yexiazhu Capsules can exert anti-hepatitis B virus effects in vitro.
