摘　　要：目的:了解本辖区动物致伤者的流行病学特征,为做好狂犬病防控的健康教育提供理论依据。方法:根据2009～2010年本院预防保健门诊动物致伤者资料487例,对其人群、时间分布等流行病学特征进行回顾性分析。结果:487例动物致伤者中,男、女比例为1.17:1,以老年人为主,三季度致伤者最多,致伤动物主要是犬,下肢最易受到攻击,24h内首剂狂犬病疫苗接种率为95.48%。结论:农村家养动物伤人的现状较突出,需强化狂犬病防控知识的宣传和普及,大力推行兽用狂犬病疫苗免疫接种等综合性管理措施。Objective：To understand the epidemiological characteristics of wounded persons and provide theoretical foundation for health education of preventing rabies.Methods：487 patients were included from 2009 to 2010 in our hospital,and its population,time distribution were retrospectively analyzed.Results：487 cases injured by animals,male：female was 1.17：1,old people was given priority,to the maximum,wounded animal was dog,lower extremity most vulnerable,within 24 hours of the first agent of rabies vaccine inoculation rate of 95.48%.Conclusion：The present situation of rural domestic animal attack is more outstanding,needed to strengthen the propaganda and popularization of the knowledge of rabies prevention and control,vigorously promote veterinary rabies vaccine immunization and other comprehensive management measures.
