摘　　要：在目前的就业压力下,医学院校大学生群体逐渐显露出不同程度的就业心理问题。本文对医学院校大学生就业难的主观原因、医学院校大学生的就业地域意向和医学院校大学生应如何应对就业进行了研究和探讨。In the current employment pressure,students of medical schools gradually show different levels of employment psychological problems.This paper inquires into the following relevant problems：the subjective reasons for the difficult employment,medical students＇ intents of employment area,how medical college students deal with employment.
