摘  要:[目的]筛选5种杀菌剂对稻瘟病菌的毒力,为田间有效防治稻瘟病及商品化杀菌剂作用机理的研究提供参考。[方法]采用室内生长速率法测定了5种商品化杀菌剂对湖南省稻瘟病菌的毒力作用。[结果]商品化杀菌剂春雷霉素、多菌灵、三乙膦酸铝、异稻瘟净、稻瘟酰胺的EC50值分别为10.78、181.72、167.83、46.72和7.19 mg/L。春雷霉素、多菌灵、三乙膦酸铝、稻瘟酰胺的毒力指数分别为433.40、25.71、27.84和649.79。[结论]稻瘟酰胺对稻瘟病菌的毒力最强,优于春雷霉素、多菌灵和三乙膦酸铝。[Objective] The toxicity of five kinds of bactericides to Pyricularia grisea was determined in order to provide reference for studies on the effective control of Pyricularia grisea in field and the action mechanism of commercial bactericides.[Method] Toxicity effects of five kinds of commercial bactericides to Pyricularia grisea in Hunan Province were determined by the growth rate method in the laboratory.[Result] The EC50 of commercial fungicides like kasugamycin,carbendazim,fosetyl aluminum,kitazin and magnaporthe amide were 10.78,181.72,167.83,46.72 and 7.19 mg/L,respectively.The toxicity indexes of kasugamycin,carbendazim,fosetyl aluminum and magnaporthe amide were 433.40,25.71,27.84 and 649.79,respectively.[Conclusion] The activity of magnaporthe amide on Pyricularia grisea is the highest,which is better than that of kasugamycin,carbendazim and fosetyl aluminum.
