技术性贸易壁垒对中国农产品出口的影响——基于主要贸易出口国的分析

摘　　要：针对我国主要贸易出口市场——日本、欧盟和美国,建立Panal-data模型,从TBT措施和SPS措施两方面研究不同出口市场的技术性贸易壁垒对我国农产品出口的影响。结果显示,TBT措施对我国出口有抑制作用,而SPS措施则能促进我国农产品出口,由此提出减少技术性贸易壁垒消极作用的对策建议。In view of China＇s main export market-Japan,the European Union and the United States,Panal-data model was established.The effects of technical trade barriers of different export markets on agricultural product export in China were studied from SPS and TBT measures.The results showed that TBT measures have an inhibitory effect on China＇s exports,while SPS can promote agricultural product export,and countermeasures for reducing the negative effects of the technical trade barriers were put forward.
