摘  要:采用有限单元法,初步模拟了连续油管电阻直缝焊(ERW)、焊缝热处理和整体热处理时的残余应力场分布情况,以期为连续油管的国产化生产提供有价值的参考.结果表明,焊后残余应力集中分布在焊缝附近,焊缝中心残余应力值较大,管体其它部位应力很小,最大残余应力为477 MPa;经过焊缝热处理和整体热处理,残余应力均有所降低,最大残余应力分别为452,275 MPa,说明热处理过程能较好地消除焊接残余应力.The residual stress distribution of coiled tubing in the process of ERW welding,weld heat treatment and overall heat treatment were simulated initially with the finite element method.The results show that welding residual stress distributing around the weld and the residual stress value is higher in the weld center.It was much lower in other parts of the tube.The maximum residual stress value was 592 MPa.Welding residual stress decreased after the weld heat treatment process and the overall heat treatment process.The maximum residual stress value was 452 MPa after the weld heat treatment process and it was 275 MPa after the overall heat treatment process.This showed that heat treatment processes can effectively reduce welding residual stress.
