微创血肿清除术治疗脑出血患者近期生存率及颅外并发症研究

摘　　要：目的:分析脑出血患者经微创血肿清除术治疗后的近期生存率以及颅外并发症,探讨微创血肿清除术的临床价值。方法:回顾分析88例进行微创血肿清除术的脑出血患者,研究脑出血量与术后近期生存率之间的关系,并对术后出现的颅外并发症进行统计。结果:出血量30～50ml组近期生存率为93.9%(31/33),51～80ml组近期生存率为80%(20/25),81～100ml组近期生存率50%(10/20),>100ml组近期生存率为0%(0/10),手术颅外并发症有肺部感染10例,消化道出血10例,高血糖31例,心肌梗死16例,急性肾衰21例。结论:随着颅内出血量的增加,脑出血患者术后的近期生存率越低,出血量80ml组的近期生存率高于80ml以上组。微创血肿清除术治疗脑出血会出现多种颅外并发症,其中以肺部感染,消化道出血,高血糖较为常见。Objective：To Study the cerebral hemorrhage patients treated by minimally invasive hematoma.and the survival rate after the recent extracranial complications.Methods：Retrospective analysis of 88 cases of minimally invasive hematoma in patients with cerebral hemorrhage,blood and developed the relationship between postoperative survival rate,and postoperative complications were statistics. Results：The results set the amount of bleeding 30-50ml recent survival rate was 93.9% （31/33）,51-80ml recent group survival rate was 80% （20/25）,81-100ml Group recent survival rate was 50% （10/20）.〉100ml recent survival group was 0% （0/10）,sttrgical complications of scalp hematoma,intracranial small amount of product gas,then bleeding,intracranial infection,hypostatic pneumonia.Conclusion：With the increase of intraeranial bleeding in patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the immediate postoperative survival rate of the lower amount of scalp hematoma,intracranial small amOUr of product gas,then bieeding,intracranial infection,hypOstatic pneumonia.Conclusion：With the increase of intracranial bleeding in Patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the immediate postoperative survival rate of the lower amount of bleeding 80ml survival rate Of less than 80ml groups over the recent group.Minimally invasiVe treatment of cerebral hematoma bleeding will be a variety of complications.
