高频超声在类风湿关节炎膝关节病变诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨高频超声在类风湿关节炎膝关节病变的诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取在我科收治的类风湿性关节炎的膝关节病变的患者45例作为观察组,随机选取同期在我院体检并自愿参与本研究的无膝关节病变的成年人45例作为对照组。应用高频超声对两组研究对象进行检查,主要分析对比两组膝关节的髌上囊液体厚度、髌上囊滑膜厚度、股骨内髁及外髁软骨厚度、髌上囊滑膜彩色血流分级等四项指标。结果:观察组与对照组相比,髌上囊液体厚度、髌上囊滑膜厚度、股骨内外侧髁软骨厚度、髌上囊滑膜彩色血流分级均差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:类风湿性关节炎的膝关节病变的患者中,膝关节的髌上囊液体厚度、髌上囊滑膜厚度、股骨内髁及外髁软骨厚度、髌上囊滑膜彩色血流分级等四项指标在高频多普勒超声在声像图上差异显著,具有一定的诊断价值,值得在临床中推广。Objective：To study the application value of high-frequency ultrasound m the diagnosis of Rheumatoid arthritis knee lesions.Methods：Selected 45 cases of patients in my secco admitted rheumatoid, arthritis of knee joint lesions as the observation group. Randomly selected 45 patients in our hospital medical and voluntary participation this study of adults without knee lesions earlier as control group.Studied two groups of research objects with USES high-frequency ultrasound.mainty compared the four indicators which were liquid thickness of patella eapsule,synovial thickness of patella capsule,thickness of femoral condyle and condyle in cartilage and grading of the summation of capsule synovial color doppler.Results：Compared the observation group and controls group,the four indicators were significantly different,and had statistically significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusian：Four indexes in the high frequency doppler ultrasound in the ultrasonographic significant difference,had certain diagnosis value,is worthy to be popularized in the clinical.
