冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度与脉搏波传导速度的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨冠心病(CHD)患者颈-股动脉脉搏波传导速度(cfPWV)与冠状动脉病变严重程度的相关性。方法:1 80例因怀疑CHD行冠脉造影的患者cfPWV,进行冠状动脉造影明确CHD以及评价冠脉病变程度。根据冠脉造影结果分为单支病变组(76人)、双支病变组(62人)和三支病变组(42人),分析各组cfPWV与冠脉病变严重程度的相关性。结果:冠状动脉三支病变组的cfPWV明显高于单支病变组(P=0.007),cfPWV与冠状动脉病变支数间呈正相关(r=0.274,P=0.037)。结论:cfPWV升高与患者年龄及冠状动脉病变支数呈正相关,可作为冠脉病变严重程度的预测因子。Objective：To explore the relationship between carotid-femoral pulse wave veloeity（efPWV） and the severity of coronary artery in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods：CfPWV was determined in 180 patients suspetcted CAD underwent coronary angiography（CAG）.The patients were divided into three groups：single vessel coronary disease group（76 cases）,double vessel coronary disease group（62 cases）,multiple vessel coronary disease group（42 cases）.PWV were compared in all groups to analyze the relationship between pulse wave velocity and the severity of coronary artery-Results：The value of cfPWV in the group with multiple vessel coronary disease was significantly higher than that in the group with single vessel coronary disease（P=0.007）.The cfPWV remained positively correlated with number of vessel of coronary disease（r=0.274,P=0.037）.Conelusion：Elevated cfPWV positively correlated with patients ages and the number of tesion coronary arteries,and is the independent prognosis factor for the severity or coronary artery disease.
