摘　　要：目的:探讨肺结核空洞的CT表现与其病理基础间的关系,为临床肺结核空洞患者的诊断及治疗方案制定提供重要参考意见。方法:回顾性分析我院2006年4月～2011年4月收治的26例经手术治疗的肺结核并空洞患者的诊治资料,分析其CT检查资料和病理检查资料间的对应关系,总结其CT表现的特点及其病理基础。结果:肺结核空洞患者术后病理检查分类中的薄壁空洞和干酪空洞与CT检查分类中的侵润空洞一致,两种检查方法对纤维空洞的概念表述一致。结论:对肺结核并空洞的患者进行CT检查,可以明确肺结核的活动情况,为制定治疗方案提供明确依据,同时可以根据CT检查结果评价肺结核伴空洞患者的治疗效果。Objective：To evaluate the performance of CT pulmonary tuberculosis and their empty relationship between pathology,clinical TB diagnosis and trcatmeat of patients with an empty programming provides an important reference.Methods： A retrospective analysis of our hospital from April2006 to April 2011 26 cases were treated by Surgical treatment of tuberculosis and treatment of patients with empty data, to analyze the CT data and pathological examination of the correspondence between data.summarize the performance of the CT features and pathological basis.Results：The patients with tuberculous cavity in the pathologic classification of thin-walled hollow;and CT examination and classification of choose holes in the same hole infiltration,two methods of expression consistent with the concept of hollow fibers.Conclusion：Patients with pulmonary tubercutosis and empty CT, the activities of tuberculosis is clear, for the treatment plan to provide a clear basis,and can evaluate according to CT findings in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treated with empty result.
