高敏C反应蛋白、脂蛋白a与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨高敏c反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、脂蛋白a(LP(a))与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性,为临床诊断提供实验室依据。方法:对2010年1月～2011年1月拟诊或确诊为冠心病患者168例患者,行选择性冠状动脉造影后,根据造影结果是否有冠状动脉狭窄≥50%分为冠状动脉病变组和粥样硬化组。对冠状动脉病变组进一步根据冠状动脉病变的支数分为1～4支病变组。并且比较分析各组患者hs-CRP,LP(a)水平。结果:92例粥样硬化组和76例冠状动脉病变组的临床资料发现:hs-CRP(T=16.56,P<0.01),LP(a)(T=21.24,P<0.01),冠状动脉病变组发生率明显高于粥样硬化组,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.01)。进一步研究发现:血清hs-CRP水平2支病变组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),3支、4支病变组显著高于1支病变组及对照组(P<0.05),血清LP(a)水平3支4支病变组显著高于1支病变组及对照组(P<0.05)。结论:联合检查血清hs-CRP、LP(a)水平对评价冠心病高危人群及患者冠脉病变程度有重要的临床价值。Objective：To investigate about correlation of High-sensitity C-reactive protein,lipoprotein and the degree of coronary artery disease,provide a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis.Methods：January 2010-November 2011 suspected or confirmed 168 cases of coronary heart disease patients underwent selective coronary angiography, according to whether there is coronary angiography 〉 50% stenosis of coronary artery disease were divided into Coronary artery disease group or Atherusclerosis group.Coronary artery disease group for further subgroup based on the number of lesion vessel counts were divided into 1-4 vessel disease group.Comparative analysis of hs-CRP, LP （a） levels in each group.Results：The analysis of 92 patients ofAtheroselerosis and 76 patients of Coronary artery disease clinical data found that：hs-CRP （T=16.56,P〈0.01）,LP （a） （T =21.24,P〈0.01）,coronary artery disease Group was significantly higher than the atheroselerosis group,statistically significant differences （P〈0.01）,Further research found that：the blood levels ofhs-CRP 2 vessel disease group was significantly higher （P 〈0.05）,3 or 4 lesions group was significantly higher than 1 lesion group and conlrol group （P〈0.05）,blood Love LP （a） level of 3 or 4 lesions group was significantly higher than that 1 lesion group and control group （P〈0. 05）.Conclusion：Joint Inspection of serum hs-CRP,LP（a）increased levels has important clinical value for evaluation of high risk patients with coronary heart disease and coronary artery lesions.
