环孢菌素A联合雄激素治疗再生障碍性贫血疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨环孢菌素A联合雄激素治疗再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效,提高临床对再生障碍性贫血的诊治效率。方法:选取本院收治的58例再生障碍性贫血患者,随机进行分组,分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用环孢菌素A联合雄激素治疗,对照组采用雄激素治疗,通过对比两组患者预后网织红细胞,白细胞,血小板,骨髓象等指标变化,进行疗效分析。结果:治疗组各指标恢复情况好于对照组,疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:环孢菌素A联合雄激素治疗再生障碍性贫血疗效明显优于单用雄激素治疗。Objective：DisCussing clinical efficacy of Cyclosporin A combined with Androgen treating Aplastic Anemia and improving the efficiency of the diagnosis and treatment of aplastic anemia.Methods：58 cases of Aplastic Anemia were. randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group were treated with Cyclosporine A combined with Androgen and control group with Androgen therapy.We analyzed the efficacy by comparing the changes of the two groups of reticulocytes,white blood cells,platelets and bone marrow.Results： Recovery of treatment group were better than control group（P〈0.05）.Condusion：Cyclosporin A combined with androgen treatment of aplastie anemia significantly better＇than single treatment with androgen.
