肝炎I号汤治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎合并空腹血糖损害的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价肝炎Ⅰ号汤对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)合并空腹血糖损害(IFG)患者的疗效。方法:80例符合NASH合并空腹血糖损害诊断标准的患者随机分为2组,即肝炎Ⅰ组和肝炎组,肝炎Ⅰ则口服肝炎Ⅰ号汤,肝炎Ⅰ号汤由十余味中药配制而成,肝炎组则用肝炎汤,连用3个疗程,在治疗前后分别观察症状和体征的变化,检查空腹血糖(FPG)、血脂和肝功能、C-反应蛋白(C-RP)、计算肝脏的B超检查积分。结果:经3个疗程治疗后,2组病人FPG、肝功能、血脂、C-RP和B超积分均有不同程度的改善,但肝炎Ⅰ组明显优于肝炎组,2组的总有效率分别为90.0%和70.0%,p<0.05。结论:肝炎Ⅰ号汤疗NASH合并IFG,不但能降低FPG、血脂、C-RP、减轻脂肪肝,而且明显改善肝功能。Objective：This study was designed to aSSess the therapeatic offect of Gan Yan I Decoetion on non-alcoholic steatohepatitis（NASH） Complicated with impaired fasting glucose （IFG）.Methods： 80 NASH with IFG patients were randomly divided into two groups . Gan Yan I group treated with Gan Yah I Decoction, a mixture Composed Of more than ten Chinese traditional medicine and metformin, for 3 consecutive courses during three-month period ,the Gan Yah group treated with Gan Yan Decoction：each for three months.Before and the end of treatment, the data of clinical symptom and physical sign,fasting plasma glucose（FPG）,blood lipids, C-reactive protein （C-RPt.B mode ultrasonographic image score of liver and liver function tests were serially measured, Results：After three-month treatments,both Gan Yah I group and Gan Yan group showed desirable effects in FPG,blood lipids,liver ftmction,C-RP, hepatie B mode uttrasonographic score.but the Gan Yah I group revealed superiority over the Gan Yangroup ,the total effective rate was 90.0% and 70.0% in Gan Yah I group and in Gan Yah group respectively,p〈 0.05.Conclusion： Gan Yah I Decoction is a effective drug which is able to reduce FPG,blood lipids.C-RP, relieve fatty liver and improve liver function in treating non-alcoholic steatohepatitis Complicated with impaired fasting glucose （IFG）.
