摘  要:目的:研究活性维生素D的临床应用对肾移植受者术后血钙、血磷及甲状旁腺激素(PTH)的影响。方法:回顾性分析在我院随访的肾移植且移植肾功能正常的受者54例,其中19例在肾移植术后1月开始使用活性维生素D,另35例为对照组,分析术后1年两组患者之间血钙、磷及PTH的变化。结果:与对照组相比,活性维生素D治疗组术后1年血钙水平显著性增高[(2.41±0.21)vs(2.22±0.24)mmol/L,P<0.05],血iPTH水平显著降低(65.54±26.35 vs 102.45±37.46,P<0.05),而血磷水平两组间无显著差异[(1.04±0.18)vs(0.97±0.27),P>0.05]。结论:活性维生素D的使用能有效改善肾移植受者术后血钙,磷的代谢平衡,并降低血iPTH水平,能有效预防肾移植受者术后继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的发生。Objective:To investigate the ability of bioactive vitamin D3 supplemetation.MethodszA cross-sectional study was conducted to investigate in 54 kidney transpanlation recipiems(RTRs) with normal renal fimction ( serum crcatinine ≤1.5mg/dl). In this study we evaluated the effects of the treatment by bioactive vitamin D3 on serum intact parathyroid hormone(iPTH)levels ,and on calcium-phospate balance in 19 RTRs and compared these results with those obtained in another group of 35 RTRs who did not recewe bioactivc vitamin D3 supplementation.Results:The biological characteristics of the two equally divided patient groups did not differ before treatment. Compared lo controls.Serum calcium concentration were significantly higher[(2,41 ± 0.21)vs. (2.18±0.24) retool/ L,P〈0.05],iPTH levels were lower[(65.54 ± 26.35 ivs ( 102.45± 37.46)pg/ml,P〈0.05]in treated patients after one year following transplant. However.serum phosphate conccnrration did not differ between two group.Conclusion: Bioactivc vitamin D3 supplemetation can be helpful to calcium-phosphate balance and improve secondary hyperparathyroidism in renal transplanlation receipiems.
