系统护理与传统护理在无痛胃镜检查中的比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨系统护理工作在无痛胃镜检查中应用的效果。方法:将2009年1月～12月在我院行无痛胃镜捡查并采用全面护理的868例患者作为观察组;2008年1月～12月在我院行无痛胃镜检查并采用常规护理的658例患者作为对照组。比较两组患者无痛胃镜检查所需的时间,不良反应率及患者对护理工作的满意程度是否有差别。结果:观察组无痛胃镜检查时间为(31.15±5.81)min、对照组为(42.58±7.03)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不良反应率、患者对护理工作的满意程度差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在无痛胃镜检查中采用系统护理规范了护理流程、缩短了检查时间而且减少了不良反应,提高了患者的满意程度,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To explore the effect of systemalic nursing in painless gastroscopy, Methods：For the test group,868 patients with painless gastroscope in our hospital from Jan.To Dec.2009 were treated with systematic nursing.For the controlled group,658 patients with painless gastroscope in the hospital from Jan.To Dec.2008 were treated with traditional nursing.The time of painless gastroscope,the satisfaction of patients;the rates of adverse reaction were comparedResults：The durations of painless gastroscope（31,15 ± 5.81）min in the test group was significantly less than those in the controlled group,which was （42.58± 7.03）min（P〈0.01）.Yhe overall adverse reaction rate of systematic nursing was lower than traditional nursing.After syslcmatic nursing,the satisfaction of patients was significantly higher than before （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The application of systematic nursing for the painless gastroscope can improve nursing processes and improve satisfaction and reduce occurrence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
