患者自主口腔护理行为对种植体周围炎的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:调查患者自主口腔护理行为对种植体周围炎的影响,为术后患者的护理行为提供指导作用。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷对2008年10月～2010年10月就诊于解放军总医院第一附属医院(原304医院)口腔科和解放军306医院口腔科的种植体义齿修复患者进行问卷调查,问卷内容包括一般情况和口腔护理行为。结果:228名患者中种植体周围炎发病率为13.6%。刷牙频率和持续时间、是否使用漱口水、是否定期复查或专业洁牙及吸烟情况对种植体周围炎的影响均有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:种植体义齿修复后口腔护理对预防种植体周围炎的发生有重要作用,戒烟或减少吸烟频率可降低炎症的发生率。Invcstigating the cffccts of indepcndent oral nursing to implantation body periarthritis,and providing the guidance to the patients.Methods：Using self-designed questionnaire to survey the patients who were treated in First Hospital A ffiliated to PLA General Hospital and the PLA department 306 hospital during OCT 2008 to OCT 2010.The questionnaire includes general questions about patients and oral nursing behavior.Results：The incidence of disease is 13.6% in the 228 respondents.The significant factors for the implantation body periarthritis are the frequency and duration of tooth brushing,whether using Mouthwash,whether regular inspecting and professional teeth cleaning,and smoking （P〈0.05）.Couelusion：Ora! nursing regularly and professionally and stop smoking could prevent the incidence of implantation body periarthritis.
