西乡街道社区居民对中医适宜技术的认识和需求分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨深圳市西乡街道社区居民对社区健康服务中心(简称社康中心)开展中医适宜技术服务的认知情况和服务需求,为如何在社康中心开展有特色的中医适宜技术提供参考依据。方法:随机抽取西乡街道有代表性的3个社区的居民,采用自拟调查问卷对社区居民随机进行问卷调查。结果:大多数社区居民对社康中心的中医服务项目、内容有一定程度的了解,但不同类型的社区居民对中医适宜技术服务项目的认识和需求有所不同。结论:社康中心要根据本社区居民的不同需求,开展符合本社区居民需求的特色的中医适宜技术,同时通过加大中医适宜技术在疾病防治中优势的宣传力度,使社区居民更多认识、了解和接受"简、便、验、廉"的中医适宜技术,积极推进社区中医适宜技术的发展,让中医适宜技术在医疗、保健、康复、预防、养生等方面综合优势得到较好的发挥。Objectives：To study the cognition and service demands of STCM in community health service center among the residents in Xixiang Street in Shenzhen city so as to provide a basis for.the development of the distinctive STCM.Methods： Random sampling method was.used in self-designed questionnaire survey for the residents in the three representative communities. Results：Most community residents were aware of the service item and content of STCM in community health service center at certain extent,but different community residents had different awareness and demands.Conclusion：We should develop the distinctive STCM according to the local residents＇ different requirements.meanwhile.strengthening publicity about the advantage of STCM in disease control and prevention to make the residents understand and accept it in simple.convenient.efficacious and cheap,and promote the development and make comprehensive advantages of STCM in medical.health care.rehabilitation,prevention and health preserving.
