摘  要:目的:随着护理队伍的不断扩展,年轻护士逐渐成了临床主力军,由于缺乏临床经验,势必对他们进行规范化培养,才能提高护理质量,更好地服务于病人。方法:通过对自身素质的提高,专业理论知识的深造,规范基础操作行为,来提高年轻护士的综合技能,保障临床护理安全。结果:经过对年轻护士的培养,使他们的综合护理能力明显提高。结论:年轻护士的培养是保障临床安全,提高护理质量的重要举措,是护理管理者的责任和义务。Objective: With the continuous expansion of the nursing team, young nurse has gradually become the clinical main force, due to the lack of clinical experience, they are bound to the standardized training, to improve the quality of care, to better serve patients. Methods: Through the improvement of their own quality, professional theory knowledge the study, normative foundation operating behaviors, to improve the comprehensive ability of young nurses, support of clinical nursing safety o Results: After the young nurse training, so that their comprehensive nursing ability rises apparently. Conclusion: The young nurse training is to ensure clinical safety, improve nursing quality the important action, nursing administration is the responsibility and obligation.
