摘　　要：目的:探讨耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术后出的原因与护理措施。方法:通过131例开放性前列腺手术的病例统计分析,对其中17例拔管后大出血患者的治疗及护理进行研究,以得出合理的护理措施。结果:耻骨上经膀胱前列腺切除术后,过早拔管是引起大出血的主要原因,同时便秘和过早下地活动也是原因之一。结论:出血后必须重新置管冲洗引流,并给予相应的护理措施,方能彻底止血。Objective：The present study aims to investigate the causes and nursing measures of suprapuhic prostatectomy. Methods： Through statistical analysis of 131 patients with open prostate surgery, of which 17 cases of hemorrhage after extubation treatment were studied to draw reasonable care meas- ures. Concluslon： suprapuhic prostatectomy, early extubation is the main cause of bleed- ing, and early constipationambulation is also one of the reasons ; Hemorrhage must re - flushed catheter drainage, and appropriate nursing care must be given before the bleeding, being completely stopped.
