摘　　要：调查结果显示,影响学校体育场馆开放的主要原因之一是经费没有保障,这导致体育设施的更新、维修、管理等费用无法落实。缺少经费成为制约学校体育场馆开放的一个至关重要的因素。本文以学校体育场馆向社会开放的法律性质为切入点,论证依据现行法律法规获取场馆开放经费的可行性。According to the results of the survey,one of the main reasons to influence the school sports venues opening to public is：there is no guarantee of funds for the sports facilities to update,maintain and manage.The sources of funds are lacking.Lacking of funds becomes the crucial factor to constrain the school sports venues opening to public.Based on the legal nature of school sports venues opening to public,this article attempts to argue the feasibility of acquiring the funds for the school sports venues opening to public according to current laws.
