摘　　要：目的：抽样调查分析北京市22家医院抗菌药物处方，为合理使用抗生素提供参考。方法：对北京市22家医院2006—2010年抗菌药物处方数量抽样调查并统计。结果：抗菌药物处方数量最大的药物为左氧氟沙星、头孢呋辛．阿齐霉紊。结论：合理利用抗菌药物是一个长期而艰巨的任务。Objective： To promote rational antibiotic use, the prescription of antimicrobial drugs in 22 hospitals in Beijing was studied. Methods： Sample survey and analysis of the prescription of antimicrobial drugs from 2006 to 2010 in 22 hospitals in Beijing were made. Results： The antimicrobial drugs prescribed in the largest amount were levofloxacin, cefuroxime, azithromycin, cefaclor, and metronidazole. Conclusion： The task of rational use of antimicrobial drugs is time-consuming and needs more effort.
