摘　　要：文章介绍了MTM方法的基本原理。以发动机装配线为例,介绍如何应用MTM计算标准工时。应用MTM关于缩短距离、降低控制程度、双手同时操作及调整操作顺序等原则,对操作内容及现场布置进行了优化。This paper introduces the basic theory of MTM method. Taking the assembly line as example, the paper introduces how to calculate stand time by MTM method and optimizes the operations and layouts by applying the principals about shorten distance, reduce control degree, operate at the same time and adjust the sequence of operations.
