摘　　要：本文基于对石油管道投资项目评价的认识和评价方法,首先从财务效益评价和国民经济评价两方面来考核石油管道投资项目的经济效益,然后又将建设石油管道投资项目产生的环境效益和社会效益与经济效益结合起来,对石油管道投资项目建设作出综合评价。This paper, based on the evaluation recognition and methods of investment project of oil pipeline, evaluates the economic benefits of investment projects of oil pipeline from financial benefit evaluation and national economic evaluation firstly, and then evaluates construction of investment projects of oil pipeline comprehensively, combining with environmental benefits, social benefits and economic benefits generated by construction of investment projects of oil pipeline.
