浅谈外科临床医护人员电子档案信息的管理心得

摘　　要：目的:探讨建立、健全外科医护人员档案资料的必要性。方法:专职人员采用电子化管理模式,建立外科医护人员档案,并及时更新增补信息。结果:完善的外科医护人员档案能准确反映医护人员的基本信息、医德医风、劳动纪律、医疗护理技术水平、教学科研、论文撰写及继续教育学习等情况;但同时存在某些问题。结论:及时准确的外科医护人员档案资料为晋职晋升、岗位聘用、绩效工资、评优先进提供可靠可信的凭证,同时为医院人事档案提供相关信息;存在的客观问题亟待解决。Objective： To explore the necessity of establishing and improving archival materials of surgical paramedics. Methods： The electronic archival materials of surgical paramedics were estabished by specialized staff, and the data was updated at any moment. Result： Perfect archives can reflect accurately the paramedics＇s basic information, medical ethics, labour discipline, technical level of medical care, teaching and research, writing thesis and continuing education etc.But some of problems still exist. Conclusion： Timely and correct archival materials of surgical paramedics provide reliable evidence for promotion, appointment, performance related pay and excellence appraisal, and provide related information for personnel file of hospital. But the existing problems demand prompt to be solved.
