摘　　要：目的比较两种不同药物组合治疗骨质疏松症的疗效。方法将170例原发性骨质疏松症患者随机分为对照组85例和治疗组85例,对照组给予维生索D+钙剂,治疗组采用降钙素+维生索D+钙剂治疗,比较两种药物组合的疗效。结果对照组在3w左右临床症状缓解;治疗组在1w左右缓解症状。治疗6个月后,临床症状改善显效或有效的患者中对照组32例(37.6%)、治疗组70例(82.3%)。治疗组明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组治疗1年时各部位骨密度(BMD)值无明显改变,而治疗组各部位的BMD值均较治疗前明显增加,并高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论降钙素+维生索D+钙组合的疗效明显好于维生素D+钙剂的疗效。Objective To compare the efficacy of two different drug combinations for the treatment of osteopornsis. Methods One hundred and seventy cases of primary osteoporosis were randomly divided into in control group （85 cases） and treatment group （85 cases）. Patients in the control group were given vitamin D and calcium. Patients in the treatment group were administered with ealcitonin, vitamin D, and calcium. The efficacy of two drug combinations was compared. Results The clinical symptoms were released in 3 weeks in the control group, and in 1 week in the treatment group. After a 6-month treatment, the clinical symptoms were ameliorated markedly in 32 cases in control group （37.6%） , and 70 cases in treatment group （82.3%）. It was significantly better in treatment group than in control group （P 〈0.05）. BMD was unchanged at any location in the control group after 1-year treatment. However, it increased significantly in the treatment group compared to any location before the treatment. BMD value increased more in the treatment group than in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The efficacy of ealcitonin combined with vitamin D and calcium treatment is obviously better than that of vitamin D and calcium treatment.
