摘  要:目的探讨用数字化钛网修补颅骨缺损技术并总结其经验。方法 2006年3月至2011年3月用数字化钛网行修补颅骨缺损203例,并与2002年2月至2006年2月用手工塑型钛网修补的颅骨缺损168例进行比较分析。结果数字化钛网组和手工塑型钛网组手术时间分别为(110±6)min和(150±11)min,钛钉用量分别为(6.3±0.8)枚和(10.2±3.6)枚,并发症的发生率分别为6.9%和37.5%,外观满意度分别为100%和81%。上述指标两组均相差显著(P<0.05)。结论数字化钛网修补颅骨缺损,塑型效果更好,手术操作过程简捷,并发症更少。Objective To explore the technique of digitized titanium net cranioplasty and summarize its experience. Methods The digitized titanium net cranioplasty was performed in 203 patients with skull defects from March, 2006 to March, 2011. The manually generated titanium net cranioplasty was performed in 168 patients with skull defects from February, 2002 to February, 2006. The operative duration, the number of the expended titaniume nails, operative complications and so on were compared between both the groups. Results The operative duration, the number of the expended titanium nails and the occurrent rate of the complications were(110± 6)min, (6.3 ± 0.8)nails and 6.9% respectively in the digitized titanium net cranioplasty group, and (150 ± 11)min, (10.2 ± 3.6)nails and 37.5% respectively in the manually generated titanium net cranioplasty. There were significantly difference in the operative duration, the number of the expended titanium nails and the occurrent rate of the complication between both the group ( P 0.05). The satisfactory rate of the patients ’ appearance (100% ) was significantly higher in the digitized titanium net cranioplasty group than that (81% ) in the manually generated titanium net cranioplasty group ( P 0.05). Conclusion The digitized titanium net cranioplasty, which has merits including shorter operative duration, easier operation, less medical spending and better curative effect, is a good method to repair the skull defect.
