摘 要:目的探讨磁性白蛋白纳米微粒(MAN)的制备方法及其物理性能。方法用热处理法将人血白蛋白分散在纳米磁性微粒(Fe3O4)中,并加入表面活性剂——聚丙烯酸,在超声激烈搅拌下加热,使人血白蛋白稳定,得到人浆白蛋白包裹的生物相容MAN。结果实验制备出MAN具有纳米级的大小、尺寸和形状,扫描电镜和粒径测试仪测试MAN直径为100~1000nm,且具有确切的磁响应性、磁特性、靶向性和分散性等性能。结论用热处理法可以制备出纳米级具有磁响应性、磁特性、靶向性和分散性的生物相容的MAN。Objective To explore the method to prepare the magnetic albumin nanoparticles (MANs) and their physical property. Method The magnetic nanoparticles (Fe 3 O 4 ) were made by putting surface active agent, polyacrylic acid in the mixed solution of FeCl 3 and FeCl 2 , centrifugalition and drying. The human plasma albumin was dispersedin the magnetic nanoparticles and covered the magnetic nanoparticles by the heat treatment and stir with ultrasound in order to prepare biocompatible MANs. The physical property of MANs was determined. Results The biocompatible MANs which had the diameter of 100~1 000 nm were successfully prepared. The MANs had good magnetic responsibility, magnetic character, targeting and dispersibility. Conclusions The biocompatible MANs which have good magnetic responsibility, magnetic character, targeting and dispersibility may be prepared by putting polyacrylic acid in the mixed solution of FeCl 3 and FeCl 2 and the heat treatment which make the human plasma albumin cover the magnetic nanoparticles.
