摘  要:目的:探讨紫外线照射充氧自血回输(UBIO)对家兔急性光气中毒后氧自由基代谢的影响。方法:健康家兔50只随机分为5组:正常对照组、中毒组、常规治疗组、UBIO治疗组及UBIO联合常规治疗(复合治疗)组,连续观察7 d,记录家兔存活率,并检测血清中T-AOC、SOD、CAT、GSH-Px、GSH、GR活性及MDA含量。结果:经UBIO或复合治疗后血清中除CAT活性无差异外,T-AOC、SOD、GSH-Px、GSH、GR活性明显升高(P<0.01),MDA含量明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:家兔光气中毒后可伴有明显的氧自由基损伤,UBIO治疗能明显提高机体抗氧化损伤能力,因而可以用于急性光气中毒的辅助治疗。Objective:To investigate the effect of transfusion of ultraviolet irradiated and oxygenated autoblood (UBIO) on free radical metabolism in rabbits with phosgene intoxication. Methods: Fifty healthy rabbits were ranomly divided into five groups: normal control group, intoxication group, routine therapy group, UBIO therapy group and UBIO therapy combined routine therapy (combined therapy) group. All groups were observed continuously for 7d, the livability of rabbits was recorded. The activities of T- AOC, SOD, CAT, GSH-Px, GR, GSH and MDA in serum were detected respectively. Results: After UBIO therapy or combined therapy, the content of GSH and the activity of SOD GSH - Px, T - AOC and GR were higher than that of intoxication group (P 〈0.01 ), but the activity of CAT has no difference compared with that of intoxication group. And content of MDA was lower than that of intoxication group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Phosgene intoxication can cause obvious free radical injuries and UBIO therapy can improve antioxidation ability. This method can be used to treat acute phosgene intoxication.
