摘　　要：目的:探讨膜渗透型的cAMP类似物双丁酰环腺苷酸(dBcAMP)对兔成骨细胞骨保护素(OPG)表达的影响。方法:将体外培养的兔成骨细胞用dBcAMP处理6、24、48 h后,通过半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)来观察成骨细胞OPGm-RNA表达强度的变化。结果:dBcAMP显著增加兔成骨细胞OPGmRNA的表达,并使OPG表达量在作用后24 h达到峰值。结论:dBcAMP能够促进体外培养的兔成骨细胞OPGmRNA的表达,cAMP信号途径对于成骨细胞OPG表达的调控可能是重要的。Objective：To elucidate the effects of dibutyryl cAMP （dBcAMP） on the expression of osteoprotegerin （OPG） in rabbit osteoblast. Methods： The Secondary osteoblasts were cultured in media containing dBcAMP （5 x 10^5 mol/L）. After 48 hours incubation, the expression of OPG was observed through semiquantitative RTPCR. Results： DBcAMP enhanced the expression of OPG with a peak value after 24 hours. Conclusion： DBcAMP may regulate the expression of OPG mRNA by activating the cAMP/PKA cascade in osteoblast.
