摘  要:目的研究亚磁场(HMF)环境对血液系统的影响。方法将50只成年雄性BALB/c小鼠(体重20±2 g)随机分组后分别饲养在正常地磁场环境(~50μT)和HMF环境(〈0.3μT),于实验前、实验第7,14,21和28天分别提取动物全血进行血液细胞成分和骨髓涂片细胞检查。结果 HMF环境饲养7 d白细胞数量及淋巴细胞百分比显著下降,14 d开始逐步回升,至28 d恢复接近对照组。血小板数量随着在HMF环境饲养时间的延长而逐渐增高,28 d组与对照组和7 d组相比有显著差异。平均血小板体积和大血小板比率7,14,21和28 d组与对照组相比均有显著减少。红细胞数量及相关指标在整个实验过程中未发现显著变化。骨髓涂片显示7 d和14 d骨髓单核细胞和分叶状粒细胞显著增多,而核红细胞与红细胞比值没有显著变化。结论 HMF环境可以引起小鼠血液成分白细胞和血小板数量的变化,有可能影响机体免疫系统的功能和血液的凝血机制。Objective To explore the effects of hypomagnetic fields(HMF) environment on hematopoietic system.Methods Total of 50 adult male BALB/c mice,body weight(20±2)g,were randomly divided into: control group(n=10)and HMF group(n=40),and housed in normal(~50 μT) or in a geomagnetic field shielding room(0.3 μT),maintained at(20±2)°C with a 12 h light/dark cycle,and given free access to food and water.Before experiment and on day 7,14,21 and 28 of experiment,whole blood and bone marrow of mice were analyzed respectively.Results Compared with control group,blood leucocyte(WBC) quantity and the percentage of lymphocyte(LYM%) decreased significantly on day 7 in HMF group,but recovered gradually on day 14,21 and 28;platelet(PLT) quantity showed a gradual increasing tendency,which appeared significantly different on day 28 as compared with control group and on day 7;MPV and P-LCR were significantly decreased on day 7,14,21 and 28 of experiment respectively.RBC quantity and cytologic examination of bone marrow had no significant change during the whole experiment in control group and HMF group.In bone marrow,monocyte and lobulated granulocyte increased on day 7 and 14 in HMF group,although the ratio of the quantities of karyocyte to erythrocyte did not change significantly during the whole experiment.Conclusion The environment of hypomagnetic field can cause changes in blood leukocytes and platelets in mice,which may affect the immune system and the characteristics of blood coagulation.
