摘  要:目的引入CAN现场总线和嵌入式技术改进航天飞行训练模拟器接口系统。方法提出了基于CAN总线,ITM(interface transform module)+CPM(center process module)的设计思路和技术途径。ITM具备某种接口功能,并转换成CAN数据,ITM之间彼此独立,地位平等,作为一个通信节点接入CAN总线网;CPM主要功能是管理CAN总线网并桥接以太网,制定一套与底层设备无关的通信协议,实现软件系统与模拟器硬件设备之间的通信。结果基于CAN总线设计的模拟器接口系统,不仅提高了系统的可靠性、扩展性、易用性和鲁棒性,而且增强了系统的故障诊断能力。结论该系统构建灵活,满足航天飞行训练模拟器的接口要求,有着良好的应用前景。Objective To improve the interface system for a space flight training-simulator by applying CAN bus and embedded technology.Methods A way to design interface transform module(ITM)+center process module(CPM)based on CAN bus was presented and described which included the circuit schematic diagram,the program plan and key technology.ITM translated interface signal into CAN data and worked independently and coequally as one of nodes in CAN net.CPM ran the CAN net and link to the Ethernet by the communication protocol which had nothing to do with terminal.Results It could not only enhance interface system's reliability,expansibility,adaptability and robustness,but also improve the ability on fault orientation.Conclusion The interface system can effectively satisfy the requirement of spaceflight training simulator with a flexible formation and thus has a good prospect in application.
