摘　　要：目的:研究慢性胰腺炎中西医结合个体化阶梯性治疗的疗效。方法:慢性胰腺炎患者187例,根据不同类型给予相应的中西医结合个体化阶梯性治疗,根据疼痛缓解程度评价疗效。结果:187例中1例在施行胰十二指肠切除术后出现MODS,经治疗痊愈。全组阶梯性治疗方法有效缓解疼痛93.88%～100%,显著缓解疼痛51.01%～71.42%。结论:根据不同临床分型,给予中西医结合个体化阶梯性方案治疗,能够有效缓解不同发病阶段慢性胰腺炎的疼痛症状。Objective To investigate the effect of individualized traditional Chinese-Westen integrated step therapy on chronic pancreatitis.Method One hundred and eighty-seven cases of chronic pancreatitis were received individual treatment respectively in accordance with the chronic pancreatitis types,the curative effects were evaluated on basis of the degree of pain relief.Results Of 187 cases,one suffered from MODS after pancreaticoduodenectomy,and recovered by treatment.In this study,pain relief rate was 93.88%～100%,and the evident relieve rate was 51.01%～71.42%.Conclusion Based on the different types of chronic pancreatitis,the individual traditional Chinese-Westen integrated step therapy can relieve the pain of different clinical stage of chronic pancreatitis effectively.
