摘　　要：研究了超细硬石膏粉填充PVC电缆料的性能,与重钙、高岭土和滑石粉进行了对比,硬石膏具有明显优势。当硬石膏的用量为50份时,PVC电缆料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、体积电阻率和氧指数分别达到21.76MPa、222%、1.17×1013Ω·m和34%,满足国标GB/T8815-2002中J-70之要求。加工性能良好。This paper studied the properties of PVC cable material filled with superfine anhydrite powder,and contrasted it with heavy calcium carbonate、kaolin and talc,the anhydrite had obvious advantages.PVC cable material＇s tensile strength、elongation at break 、volume resistivity and oxygen index respectively reached 21.76MPa、222%、1.17×1013Ω？m and 34% when the content of anhydrite was 50phr,meeting the requirements about J-70 of national standard GB/T 8815-2002.And it had good processing performance.
