摘  要:以球-环-锥组合壳体为研究对象,采用传递矩阵法建立其在均匀外压作用下结构状态向量的一阶微分方程组,并借助齐次扩容和精细积分对方程组进行求解。计算中为了研究环-锥连接处不同斜率差对结构受力特性的影响,给出了外凸型、平滑过渡型和外凹型3种结构型式的应力分布规律。计算结果表明,平滑过渡型结构具有最佳的承压能力,但是制造上往往只能保证球壳与环壳光滑过渡,而环-锥连接处应采用外凸型结构,且外凸角不宜过大。This paper is concerned with an application of the transfer matrix method for calculating the strength of the sphere-toroid-cone combined shells under external pressure.1-order ordinary differential matrix equations for the state vector of the structure is derived.By means of the extended homogeneous capacity and high precision integration method,the solution of the equations is obtained.Considering the effects of the slope of the toroid-cone,a parametric study is conducted,and the stress results of the outside-protruding structure,the smooth structure and the outside-concave structure is obtained.It is shown that the smooth structure is the most supported structure.But it is impossible to be smooth between the toroid shell and the cone shell,the outside-protruding structure is to take on,and the outside-protruding angle must be tiny.
