摘　　要：通过对家用台扇进行系统的FMEA/FMECA分析,介绍了FMEA/FMECA的分析方法及分析过程,并对目前分析工作中存在的问题及用途进行了讨论,从而说明FMEA/FMECA方法是从产品的方案设计开始,边设计边分析,贯穿整个设计过程。同时也展示了如何将这种目前在国内仅应用于军事工业产业的分析方法广泛地运用于民用产品。FMECA方法目前在国内尚未得到广泛的应用,因此应该加以大力推广。Based on the FMEA/FMECA method analysis of household electrical fans , the process and ap- plication of this method is introduced. After reviewing the problems involved in the present analytical work , it shows that FMEA/FMECA is the first step in product design and analysis and also demonstrates how to make this method formerly only used in the military industrial widely used in civilian products. Since FMECA method has not been widely used in China, it deserves great attention and vigorous expansion.
