摘　　要：目的探讨吸入一氧化氮对重叠综合征患者肺动脉压及血凝状态的影响。方法经肺功能及多导睡眠监测筛选入组患者18例,随机分对照组及一氧化氮吸入组。治疗后观察肺动脉压、D-二聚体、血浆GMP-140的改变情况。结果吸入一氧化氮后测定肺动脉压降低、D-二聚体及血浆GMP-140均较治疗前下降。结论小剂量一氧化氮短时吸入对重叠综合征患者可降低肺动脉压、改善血凝状态、降低血小板活化。Objective To investigate the value of inhaled nitric oxide on pulmonary artery pressure and Coagulation status of overlap syndrome inhalation.Methods To filter 18 cases by lung function and polysomnography.patients were randomly divided into control group and nitric oxide inhalation.After treatment,observed changes in pulmonary arterial pressure D-dimmer and GMP-140Results After inhaled nitric oxide,pulmonary arterial pressure D-dimmer and GMP-140 are reduced.Conclusion We observed short-term low-dose nitric oxide inhalation is an effective.It can reduce pulmonary artery pressure,improve the coagulation status and reduce platelet.
