水质与水轮机吸出高度定量关系的探讨

摘  要:针对黄河上游拉西瓦、河口和乌金峡3座水电站水轮机引用水,测出其初生空化压力与临界空化压力随水中含沙浓度及泥沙粒径变化关系,从泥沙浓度和泥沙粒径的空化压力试验结果得出考虑水质影响的水轮机吸出高度计算公式,为水电站设计提供了重要的设计依据。空化压力受水质影响这一重要发现具有重要而深远的工程意义。Based on the turbine available water of Laxiwa,Hekou and Wujinxia hydropower stations on the Upper Yellow River,the relationship of initial cavitation pressure and critical cavitation pressure varied with water sediment concentration and sediment particle size in water is measured.According to the cavitation test results of sediment concentration and sediment particle size,the calculation formula of turbine suction height considering the impact of water quality is obtained,which provides important basis for design of hydropower projects.This major discovery that cavitation pressure is affected by water quality has a far-reaching engineering significance.
