摘　　要：介绍了万家寨电站发电机上端轴及滑转子结构、特点及滑转子窜出情况;分析了滑转子窜出原因及危害;采取防窜处理措施,取得了良好的效果。The paper describes the structure and features of generator top shaft and sliding rotor,the upward-springing of sliding rotor,and analyzes the reasons and dangers of sliding rotor upward-springing.Treatment measures against upward-springing have been taken,with good results.
