摘 要:将无刷直流电机的优点与磁悬浮轴承的优点相结合,提出一种新型无轴承无刷直流电动机模型,通过研究其悬浮原理和运行原理,建立了DSP控制系统。该系统可以在6个自由度上实现对转子的控制,包括x轴、y轴、z轴方向的平动和转动,z轴方向的转动属转速控制问题。测试证明了这种电机结构的合理性和DSP控制系统的可行性。由于这种电机转子转矩磁路和转子悬浮磁路相互独立,不容易造成磁饱和,所以其承载能力相对较高,更重要的一点是电磁转矩控制与径向悬浮力的控制相互独立,无需复杂的解耦控制。By combining the advantages of magnetic suspension bearing and DC motor without brush, a kind of innovative DC motor without bearing and brush was raised. Through studying its suspension and operation principles, the DSP control system was set up. On 6 degrees of free, move and turn of the x axle, the y axle and the z axle could be controlled by this system, and to turn in z axle was belong to the control problem of speed. Tests prove that the motor structure is more reasonable, and DSP control system is feasibility. Due to the two magnetic fields are independent between motor and suspension bearing, magnetic saturation is not easily caused, so it has high bearing capacity. The prior characteristic of the motor is independent mutually between electromagnetism torque and radial suspension force, and complex nonlinear untied couple is not needed.
