摘 要:为了探究燃烬率与燃烧因素的关系,在对石油焦燃烧过程的分析,对燃烧反应进行合理的假设基础上,以缩核模型为基础建立了石油焦气固悬浮燃烧反应的物理模型。运用质量作用定律、扩散理论和阿累尼斯定律等,得出石油焦悬浮燃烧的燃烬率与其影响因素(停留时间、燃烧温度、颗粒的粒度、燃烧气氛)之间的关系。通过理论计算探讨了各影响因素对石油焦颗粒燃烬率的定量影响规律。理论分析结果表明:燃烬率随时间延长、温度升高、氧气体积分数的增大而增大,随粒度的增大而减小,得到燃烬率的变化率随燃烧时间延长由大变小,随燃烧温度的升高由小变大再变小,随氧气体积分数的增大由大变小,随粒度的增大由大变小。In order to research the relationship between burn-out ratio and combustion factors,through analyzing the process of petroleum coke combustion,and proposing some reasonable hypotheses,the physical model was built based on the shrinking core model of gas-solid combustion reaction in suspension.According to the mass action law,the diffusion theory and Arrhenius law,the relationship between the burn-out ratio and combustion factors(residence time,combustion temperature,particle size and oxygen concentration) was derived.The quantitative regulation of burn-out ratio with various factors was studied by theory calculation.The results show that burn-out ratio increases with the increase of time,temperature and oxygen volume fraction,while it decreases with the increase of particle size.The change rate of burn-out ratio decreases as time,oxygen volume fraction,and particle size increases,while it increases at the earlier time and then decreases as combustion temperature increases.
