摘 要:以提高矿山与高炉炼铁的综合效益为目标,从采矿、选矿、烧结、球团、炼铁各个工序着手,得出钒钛磁铁矿合理经济品位为TFe品位55.04%。依据矿山状况、炼铁成本等因素,综合确定精矿品位,有助于集团公司实现经济效益最大化。Aiming at improving comprehensive benefits of the mine and blast furnace iron-smelting, investigations were made on the procedures such as mining, dressing, sintering, pelletizing and ironmaking. It was concluded that the reasonable economic grade of vanadium titanomagnetite was TFe 55.04%. Determining concentrate grade in light of the mine status and ironmaking cost is helpful to the maximization of economic benefits of the group company.
