摘  要:大中型水库的水质原型观测对水库水质模型的验证和水体水质保护具有重要意义.选择丰平枯3个不同水期开展了紫坪铺水库水质原型观测,结合水质采样和室内试验分析研究了紫坪铺水库溶解氧(DO)、5 d生化需氧量(BOD5)及总磷(TP)在纵向和垂向的分布规律.在坝前区域,DO、BOD5、TP各水质要素沿水深呈现显著非均匀分布;BOD5、TP沿纵向呈现逐渐降低趋势,受复氧与耗氧的综合作用,DO纵向沿程分布趋势较复杂.研究成果可为进一步进行紫坪铺库区的水质模拟研究提供基础数据,对确保紫坪铺水库供水水质安全具有重要意义.The water quality prototype observation in large and medium-sized reservoirs has great significance to the validation of water quality model and protection of water quality.Based on three different times' water sampling field data at high,normal and low-water periods at Zipingpu reservoir,combined with indoor laboratory testing results,this paper studied the distributing rules of dissolved oxygen(DO),5 days bio-chemical oxygen demand(BOD5) and total phosphorus(TP) in the longitudinal and the vertical profiles in Zipingpu reservoir.In the area in front of the dam,the concentrations of DO,BOD5 and TP all present a significant nonuniform distribution rule with the water depth;BOD5,TP present a gradually decreasing trend in the longitudinal whereas the concentrations of DO presents a relatively complicated distribution trend because of combined effects of reoxygenation and oxygen consumption.The results can provide fundamental data to the further studies of the simulation of reservoir water quality;furthermore,they have a great significant meaning to the safety of water supply in Zipingpu.
