摘　　要：阐述了旧砂再生的意义,叶片式磨轮再生机的设计结构、工作原理、工作方式及其优点。使用叶片式磨轮再生机试验样机进行旧砂再生,并对加工过的旧砂含泥量进行测定,通过试验数据对叶片式磨轮再生机的再生能力进行分析。Elaborated the meaning of old sand reclaiming, and the structure design of vane wheel equipment, work principle, work way and the advantage. Applied vane wheel equipment to carry on old sand reclaiming,finally measured the contain amount of mire in the old sand processed and analyzed the reclaiming ability of vane wheel equipment by virtue of the experiment data.
