摘　　要：成型机架是天津钢管集团股份有限公司355焊管生产线中的重要设备。该机架是德国西马克—米尔公司研发的新产品,并首次在国内进行装配。成型机架是生产线中精度要求最高的设备,故对制造和装配要求很高。本文研究的成型机架装配及检验的工艺不仅达到了设备的精度要求,而且节省了装配时间。Forming stand is one of the most important tube welding equipment. Forming stand is a advanced product developed by SIEMAG-MEER company. The assembly of the forming stand is assembled first time in domestic industry. As highest precision equipment in this production line, the requirements are strictest for assembling and manufacturing forming stands. The statement was given about the procedures of assembly and inspection. The procedures are not only in compli ance with the requirements, but also saving much procedure time.
